I give permission to Fresh Start Women’s Foundation to use my photograph or likeness and quotes for any promotional purposes that the Foundation deems appropriate. These purposes may be for internal or external use and may include collateral material, newsletter, advertising, videos, website, email, social media, mall displays, publicity, or other uses.
I grant unlimited use of my message, photograph, or likeness in unlimited print, broadcast, digital, or video materials for an unlimited amount of time. I further release Fresh Start from any liability that may be incurred relative to this issue.
It is my understanding that, for this, I will not receive monetary compensation.
