I, the Event Attendee, give permission to Fresh Start Women’s Foundation to use my (and/or my minor children’s) photograph or likeness and story for any promotional purposes that the Foundation deems appropriate. These purposes may be for internal or external use and may include collateral material, newsletter, advertising, videos, website, email, social media, mall displays, publicity or other uses.
I grant unlimited use of my story, photograph or likeness in unlimited print, broadcast, digital, or video materials for an unlimited amount of time. I further release Fresh Start from any liability that may be incurred relative to this issue.
It is my understanding that, for this, I will not receive monetary compensation.
