Fresh Start Women’s Foundation is excited to announce that they have sold out the First Annual Women’s Retreat in partnership with Light Legacy Foundation and Girl Scouts-Arizona Cactus-Pine Council. The special event will be held on Friday September 7, 2018 at The Parsons Leadership Center at Camp South Mountain.

PHOENIX , AZ – Fresh Start Women’s Foundation is excited to announce that they have sold out the First Annual Women’s Retreat in partnership with Light Legacy Foundation and Girl Scouts-Arizona Cactus-Pine Council. The special event will be held on Friday September 7, 2018 at The Parsons Leadership Center at Camp South Mountain.
Current and past Fresh Start clients will come together for this event that will include meditation, breathing exercises, and meditation lead by the Light Legacy Foundation. The guiding intentions of the day will help each woman be aware of their own self-power and identify tools and skills that will help them bring mindfulness, creative expression and energy into their lives.

This powerful message ties in beautifully to the programs and services we offer at Fresh Start.
Fresh Start Women’s Foundation has 70 clients attending the event. In addition, community partners are invited to attend and participate. Starting at 9:00AM, the day will be full of mindfulness practices, meditation, and movement. Fresh Start hopes this is the first of many annual retreats that introduce women in the community to mindfulness and new experiences that they may not have considered before.
