Fresh Start is proud to now be a certified AHCCCS (Arizona Health Care Cost Containment System) community partner organization, making a vital, new resource available to women within the last year.

Our Social Work team can now help women apply for the following services
through our one-on-one resource coaching sessions:

– Medical Services: Includes doctor’s visits, pregnancy care, family planning services, dental, hearing, hospital services, immunizations, prescriptions, & more

– Behavioral Health Services: Includes crisis services, rehabilitation services, health promotion, residential behavioral health services, & treatment services

– Arizona Long Term Care (ALTCS): Includes receiving services such as case management, home-delivered meals, home health services, adult day care health services, & more
