Accessing Protective Orders with Community Legal Services
Konnie K. Young, CLS Lead Family Law & Victims’ Attorney will present an overview of the Arizona laws and rules that govern Domestic Violence and Arizona Protective Orders, which include: Orders of Protection (OOP’s), Injunctions Against Harassment (IAH’s), and Injunctions Against Workplace Harassment (IAWH’s). She’ll provide helpful information about obtaining protective orders, safety-planning, and representing yourself in contested protective order hearings in Arizona.
