Come together for a day of connection—both with yourself and the women who mean the most to you.
This event will provide the mothers/mother-figures and their teen daughters (age 12-18) with the opportunity to reflect on their relationship with self, as well as gain insight into how to cultivate environments that inspire growth. Together, we’ll learn to bloom into the best versions of ourselves and thrive!

This event is free & open to all mothers/mother-figures in the community & their teen daughters (age 12-18), with lunch provided for all attendees!
About our Keynote Speaker: Aysha Bell, MA, has been dedicated to helping individuals in the areas of professional and personal development since high school and college where she frequently presented workshops on networking, conflict resolution, leadership, and more for clubs and organizations across the Valley. Throughout her life, Bell has personally coached and facilitated workshops for more than 5,000 individuals (youth and adults) and is passionate about educating, motivating, and encouraging others to be their best selves.
Bell’s career has spanned the social services, recruiting/talent acquisition, government, and higher education industries. Currently, she works at Grand Canyon University (GCU) where she is the Executive Director of Career Services and oversees employer relations with the university, professional development and other initiatives supporting the post-graduation success of GCU students. She was also an Adjunct Faculty member for honors-level professional development courses, helping to develop the curriculum.
Serving others is near and dear to Bell’s heart and she spends time giving back to her local community and assisting others with career and personal development. She also has a love for music and has provided vocal support on diverse projects throughout her life. The most important aspect of Aysha’s life is her family and she is committed to spending quality time with her husband and two daughters, who she adores.
