Our February Community Leadership Series luncheon is hosted in honor of Black History Month and will feature speaker Shamia Lodge.

About the speaker:
Shamia Lodge currently serves as the Director of Community Engagement at Aventiv Technologies. Shamia a former fellow with the CEO Action for Racial Equity, were she served as the Economic Empowerment Platform Lead, overseeing the corporate engagement and public policy strategies for Fair Chance Hiring, Business Diversity, and Community Development Financial Institutions (CDFIs).
Shamia is passionate about creating fair opportunities for those impacted by the justice system. In addition to her other roles, Shamia is the Arizona state ambassador with the United States of Women (USOW), a Phoenix Business Journal’s “40 Under 40” award recipient (2021), and a Flinn Brown 2023 Fellow.
Shamia holds a bachelor’s degree in HR Management and is currently pursuing her master’s degree in Legal Studies at Arizona State University. Beyond work, Shamia enjoys spending time with her husband and their four daughters.
