About the speaker:

Mindy Robbins is a compassionate and dedicated therapist, as well as the founder and clinical director of Affirming You, PLLC., a private therapy practice specializing in gender- and neurodiversity-affirming care. With a deep commitment to providing inclusive and affirming therapy, Robbins creates a safe and supportive environment where clients can explore their identities and experiences without fear of judgment.

As a licensed clinical social worker and therapist, Robbins brings extensive experience and expertise to their practice. Their approach to therapy offers individuals tools and support to build self compassion, a sense of safety, belonging, dignity, and community.

In their role as clinical director, Robbins is dedicated to fostering an environment of acceptance and understanding within their practice. They provide ongoing training, education, and supervision for their team to ensure that all therapists are equipped to provide competent and affirming care to clients of all backgrounds.

Robbins is a member of TPATH and WPATH, and consistently consults and trains with other gender and neurodiversity affirming professionals to ensure their clients continue to receive quality care and support. Robbins also frequently collaborates with other private therapy practices, agencies, and community programs in obtaining resources and hosting free events throughout the Phoenix area in an effort to strengthen communities.
