Taking care of your eyes, or maintaining good visual hygiene, is a way to ensure you are able to take on tasks that are important for work, school, and daily life. Just like working out to get stronger, the muscles in your eyes benefit from exercises too. This module teaches you ways to keep your eyes healthy and teaches strategies for resting your eyes.
