Preparing & Presenting Your Family Court Case with Community Legal Services
A Community Legal Services (CLS) attorney will teach you how to prepare and present your case in court and provide information, resources, and helpful tips about Arizona Family Court processes—from filing your Petition or Response through successfully representing yourself in trial. The CLS attorney will address questions from webinar participants at the end of the presentation. This is a non-confidential classroom setting, and the instructor cannot provide legal advice.

Obtaining an Arizona Protective Order with Community Legal Services
This workshop is presented by a Community Legal Services (CLS) Lead Family Law & Victims’ Attorney, who will present an overview of the Arizona laws and rules that govern Protective Orders (Orders of Protection, Injunctions Against Harassment, & Injunctions against Workplace Harassment), the process and issuance of protective orders, and contested hearings in Arizona. It’s often expected for mothers to have a healthy home cooked dinner ready every night. Food prices have gone up causing more stress and feelings of guilt when that expectation cannot be met. During this workshop we will be exploring the importance on fostering a healthy family routine when it comes to preparing meals.
