Success Coaching

Feeling stuck? Fresh Start is here with free, one-on-one support to help you move forward and achieve your goals.
Our Success Coaching program will help empower you with the life skills and behavior changes you need to become the woman you want to be.
Topics include:
– Setting & maintaining boundaries
– Establishing healthy routines
– Effective decision making
– Building safe community
– Self-love, -esteem, -care
– Assertive communication
– Cultivating health relationships
Gain clarity:
Create a clear path to overcome feelings of being overwhelmed, stuck, or unsure about how to move forward with goals
Leverage accountability:
One-on-one, monthly meetings recognize your successes, the strengths utilized in working towards goals, and provides space to explore making shifts for things that didn’t work
Embrace celebration:
Rooted in brain-science, we recognize your successes, ultimately supporting the positive rewiring our brain when making decisions or shifting our habits
