Join us for this Brains Club session as we dive into vision!
This module ties in the connection between your eyes and your brain, and explores how vision impacts your attention, memory, and organization. Taking care of your eyes, or maintaining good visual hygiene, is a way to ensure you are able to take on tasks that are important for work, school, and daily life. Just like working out to get stronger, the muscles in your eyes benefit from exercises too. This module teaches you ways to keep your eyes healthy and teaches strategies for resting your eyes.
Through interactive group activities, you will gain practical strategies that can deepen your understanding of the human brain, and discover techniques that can make a lasting difference in your life, and the lives of those around you.
