Do you yearn for healthy, loving relationships, but struggle with unhealthy patterns or a sense of dependence in your connections? Co-Dependents Anonymous (CoDA) offers a beacon of hope. Here, in a safe and supportive space designed specifically for women, you’ll embark on a transformative journey of self-discovery and healing alongside a community of understanding women.
Regardless of your background or experience, this group is here to welcome you with open arms. Our sense of sisterhood fosters a spirit of honesty and acceptance: a place where you can share your story and find support from others who have walked a similar path. Through open discussions and the power of shared experiences, we’ll explore themes of self-love, personal growth, and overcoming ingrained codependent behaviors. We delve deeper into understanding ourselves, uncovering the roots of past experiences and how they influence the way we connect with others.
Newcomers are especially welcome! Please arrive 15 minutes early for a warm introduction to CoDA’s principles and our supportive community. This dedicated time will allow you to ask any questions you may have in a comfortable setting, easing your transition into the group. Together on this path of self-discovery and growth, we can build healthier relationships and create a more fulfilling life!
