9:30 am — 10:30 am (AZ Time)

In this module, we discuss each part of executive functions. Executive function refers to higher-level thinking skills that allow us to perform complex tasks and think on a more abstract level. They encompass what we generally refer to as “thinking.” Executive functions include setting goals; planning, organization, and sequencing; mental flexibility; initiation and follow-through (starting and finishing at task); time management; and problem-solving and reasoning.

We can’t wait to learn with you!
