New Fresh Start Workshop Portal Available (Effective July 1, 2026)
Fresh Start has launched a new learning platform, LearnUpon. To enroll in workshops, please visit this webpage to access a quick tutorial and create your free account.

In-Person Policy: Fresh Start has an on-time arrival policy for all appointments, workshops, and webinars. Please arrive 15 minutes prior to the designated start time.

Children may not go into classes, appointments, or be left unattended on the premises.

Fresh Start is committed to respecting and protecting your confidentiality at all times. We never release information about you to any individual or agency without your written or verbal consent with the exception of mandated reporting.
