Nourish your body and mind with greater intention in our workshop, “Mindful Eating and Nutrition.” This course is designed to help you build a healthier relationship with food by developing awareness around your eating habits, physical cues, and emotional triggers. Rather than focusing on rigid diets or restrictions, mindful eating encourages you to slow down, listen to your body, and make food choices that support overall well-being.

In this workshop, you’ll learn how to identify true hunger and fullness cues, recognize emotional eating patterns, and bring greater presence and gratitude to your meals. We’ll also explore the basics of balanced nutrition—what your body needs to function at its best—and how to align those needs with mindful, everyday food choices.
