Join us for a safe, supportive group session designed to empower women navigating chronic stress and the emotional impact these experiences can have on daily life. This welcoming, in-person space is dedicated to building community through shared experiences, offering women the opportunity to connect, be heard, and find support alongside others who understand the challenges of chronic stress and its effects on overall wellness.
Through a peer support format, this monthly gathering explores the physical, emotional, and social impact of chronic stress while creating space for reflection, connection, and growth. Participants can expect to hear shared experiences, learn coping strategies, strengthen resilience, and build self-advocacy skills while discovering tools that support emotional well-being and long-term wellness.
With shared stories of perseverance, inspiration, and empowerment, women in this group will find encouragement, understanding, and a compassionate community focused on moving from surviving to thriving.
Group format: Lead speaker sharing (20 minutes), followed by peer-group sharing (3 minutes per person)
